Maps

In green script, the maps show the appearances of names similar to Serbont; in red, they show the place/area of origin of the new settlers in Ober-Olm after 1640. The geographical centers of these groups do not significantly overlap: the new settlers came from the Rheingau and the area between Luxemburg and Lothringen. There, however, only few names similar to Serbont can be found, unless one includes the Netherlands north of this area.
